1 Year Limited Warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
It doesn’t cover normal wear, contamination from improper use/filters, moisture damage, or damage from incorrect installation/servicing.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To start a return, please contact our customer service team to receive an RMA number. Once issued, we must receive the item within 30 days of the RMA approval.
Important:- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used medical products.
