Returns
With an approved RMA number, MedStoreVIP.com will accept returns for purchases made through MedStoreVIP.com on unopened product(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
Obtaining an approved RMA
All customers (Domestic) should contact a MedStore VIP Customer Service Agent to arrange for an approved RMA number. To qualify for a valid return, approved RMA return items must be received by MedStore VIP within 30 days of the RMA issuance.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns/exchanges on medical product packages that have been opened or that have been used in any way. Therefore, we urge you to carefully select the correct product and size before your purchase.
A restocking fee of 20% will be subtracted from the original charges or a store credit for the difference will be issued on returned items. The 20% restocking fee does NOT apply to exchanged items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Order The Wrong Part Or Size?
Depending on the following circumstances, MedStore VIP will exchange your item for the correct product and issue a store credit, or you will be responsible for the price difference:
- A store credit will be offered if the exchanged product holds a higher value than the correct product/size needed.
- If the exchanged product holds a lower value than the correct product/size, you will be responsible for the cost difference.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees on your returned item(s) back to MedStore VIP are the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fees on exchanged items.
- We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges on products that have been opened. Please be meticulous in selecting the right product and size, and of course we encourage you to call us to advise on the proper gear and fit.
Cancellations
Canceling My Order
Orders that are cancelled before the order is shipped, MedStore VIP will refund full payment within 1 business day. Once an order has left our facility it becomes subject to our return policy above.
Warranty Items
If the product you have purchased needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, MedStore VIP will exchange your product for the same item or an item of equal value at no additional charge.
All customers should contact MedStore VIP Customer Support to obtain an approved RMA number for the return. Warranty consideration on approved RMA return items must be received by MedStore VIP within 30 days of the RMA issuance.
