Prescription Policy
Your primary care doctor or pulmonologist typically prescribes oxygen therapy; however, any of the following providers can also provide your CPAP prescription:
- D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy)
- M.D. (Medical Doctor)
- Psychiatrist
- P.A. (Physicians Assistant)
- N.P. (Nurse Practitioners)
Your Rx must include:
- Provider's information
- Signature
- Date
- NPI Number
Upon receipt of your prescription, our staff will verify the required Rx information and settings. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating that your prescription criteria is validated, clearing the way for your order to be fulfilled.
