1-Year Limited Warranty – Lithium Battery: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
It does not cover normal capacity loss, damage from improper charging/storage, physical damage, water exposure, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To start a return, please contact our customer service team to receive an RMA number. Once issued, we must receive the item within 30 days of the RMA approval.
Important:- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used medical products.
