Warranty
90-Day Limited Warranty – Parts/Accessories: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to genuine Pride Mobility replacement parts and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To start a return, please contact our customer service team to receive an RMA number. Once issued, we must receive the item within 30 days of the RMA approval.
Important:- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used medical products.
- Please double-check product type and sizing before purchasing.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items.
- The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges.
