At MedStore VIP, we believe premium mobility equipment should come with premium support. That is why eligible Pride products include VIP In-Home Service, an added layer of protection provided by MedStore VIP at no additional charge with your purchase.
This complimentary coverage is designed to enhance your ownership experience by maximizing service support during the applicable warranty period for the product you select. Because warranty terms can vary by model, manufacturer, and component, the included term of VIP In-Home Service will also vary by product. However, every eligible Pride product includes at least one year of complimentary coverage, with included protection valued at $249-$849, depending on the product.
For customers who would like added protection beyond the included term, extended VIP In-Home Service coverage may also be available for purchase, depending on the product.
