We’re committed to making delivery clear, reliable, and stress-free—especially for larger mobility and oxygen products. This page explains our shipping methods, typical timeframes, freight deliveries, and common restrictions. 

Important note: Many products ship directly from the manufacturer to get you the fastest delivery and freshest inventory. 1) Shipping Areas We Serve 

Standard Shipping Coverage 

  • We ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). 
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Some items may be available with additional shipping charges, while others may not be eligible due to carrier or manufacturer restrictions. 
  • U.S. Territories (e.g., PR, Guam, USVI): Not available at this time unless noted on the product page. 
  • International shipping: Not available at this time. 

Address Restrictions 

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver many items (especially large/freight items) to P.O. Boxes.

2) Standard Shipping and Delivery Times 

Standard Shipping (Ground) 

  • Standard shipments typically travel via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or a freight carrier depending on size and brand. 
  • Many small-to-mid-size items arrive in about 3–7 business days after they ship. 
  • Economy/extended routes (or certain items) may take 7–10 business days. 

Shipping charges (if any) are shown in your cart/checkout and may vary by product category, weight, and destination. 

Order Processing Time 

  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. 
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. 
  • Some products require additional handling time due to size, manufacturer processing, customization, or freight scheduling.

3) Tracking and Order Updates 

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout. 
  • When your order ships, we’ll email tracking details (when available). 
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.

4) Freight Delivery for Large Items (Curbside Delivery) 

Some products are too large/heavy for standard parcel carriers and must ship by freight truck. This commonly includes: 

  • Full-size scooters 
  • Full-size power wheelchairs 
  • Lift chairs 
  • Hospital beds / adjustable beds 
  • Patient lifts 
  • Large accessories or mobility lifts 

What “Curbside Delivery” Means 

Curbside delivery is the standard freight method unless your product page states otherwise: 

  • The freight carrier delivers to the curb or end of driveway (or the closest safe accessible point). 
  • Drivers typically do not bring items inside, climb stairs, or assemble products. 
  • Many freight deliveries require an appointment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window once the item reaches your local terminal. 

Typical Freight Timing 

Freight items often arrive about 5–10 business days after leaving the warehouse, plus scheduling time.

5) Upgraded Delivery Options (When Available) 

Some products offer premium delivery services. Availability and pricing are shown on the product page (when offered). 

Inside Delivery (Ground-Level) 

  • Delivered inside your home, typically ground-level only 
  • Carrier schedules an appointment 
  • Does not include assembly, setup, or removal of packaging 

Doorway note: Large boxed items may require a minimum doorway width (often 36”). Please measure before ordering. 

White Glove Delivery (In-Home Setup) 

White Glove delivery is ideal for customers who want the easiest experience or are shipping to a family member. 

Typically includes: 

  • In-home delivery to your room of choice (access permitting) 
  • Unboxing and basic setup 
  • Functional check 
  • Removal of packaging materials 

Timing note: White Glove service can add 5–10 days to total delivery time due to local agent scheduling and inspection. 

                                                                                                                       

6) Expedited Shipping (2-Day / Overnight) 

Expedited shipping may be available on some parcel-eligible products. 

Important: Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only. It does not reduce: 

  • Manufacturer build time 
  • Customization time 
  • Handling/processing time

7) Product-Specific Shipping Timelines (Typical Ranges) 

Shipping time depends heavily on whether the item is: 

  • In stock / “quick ship” 
  • Custom-configured 
  • Freight-delivered 
  • Backordered by the manufacturer 

Here are common ranges: 

Scooters 

  • Travel/folding models (parcel): often 3–7 business days after shipment 
  • Full-size models (freight): often 6–10 business days after shipment + scheduling 
  • Custom seating, tire types, lighting kits, etc. can add 1–3+ weeks 

Power Wheelchairs 

  • Folding/travel models (parcel): often 3–7 business days after shipment 
  • Full-size chairs (freight): often 6–10 business days after shipment + scheduling 
  • Custom sizes/options can add 1–2+ weeks 

Lift Chairs (Recliner Lift Chairs) 

  • In-stock fabrics/models: often ship quickly and arrive within 1–2 weeks 
  • Heat/massage and custom configurations: may take 3–6 weeks depending on brand and options 
  • Delivered by freight; appointment scheduling is common 

Portable Oxygen Concentrators 

  • Many ship via parcel carriers and arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment 
  • Inventory and compliance requirements may affect processing time

8) Rural Areas, Remote ZIP Codes, and Extra Charges 

Some rural or hard-to-service ZIP codes may incur:

9) Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims 

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. 

Parcel Deliveries (FedEx/UPS/USPS) 

  • If the box is heavily damaged, take photos and contact us promptly. 

Freight Deliveries (Large Items) 

  • Inspect the packaging before signing delivery paperwork. 
  • If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt (BOL) and take photos.
