90-Day Limited Warranty – Parts/Accessories: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
The warranty applies to genuine Pride replacement parts and does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To start a return, please contact our customer service team to receive an RMA number. Once issued, we must receive the item within 30 days of the RMA approval.
